How it works
What to enter
- Input type: choose whether your input is probability (percent or decimal), odds ratio, or log-odds.
- Value: enter the number in the chosen format.
What the output means
- Probability: shown as both decimal and percent.
- Odds ratio: p / (1 - p), when p is strictly between 0 and 1.
- Log-odds: ln(odds ratio), when p is strictly between 0 and 1.
Examples
50% probability → odds ratio 1, log-odds 0.
Odds ratio 3 → probability 75%.
Tip
Odds and log-odds are not defined at exactly 0% or 100%. The converter will still show probability, but will treat odds outputs as undefined.
